Responsibilities
Robyn Walcoff assists PERMA’s clients review the effectiveness of the third party claims administrators (TPAs) they retain. She also coordinates the process where the TPAs submit claims to the Commissioners for settlement authority.
Prior to joining the firm, Walcoff served as a Senior Claims Specialist for complex claims at ACE North American Insurance Company (now Chubb Insurance). While at ACE, she was responsible for the management of complex liability claims throughout the United States, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, reserve setting and litigation oversight. Previously, she practiced law for seven years at White and Williams, LLP in Philadelphia, PA representing insurance and reinsurance companies.
