Lenka Bystrianska leads the day-to-day operational management of multiple Health Insurance Funds (HIFs), overseeing core administrative functions including billing, eligibility, claims resolution, service operations, and new business implementation. Lenka partners closely with executive leadership, brokers, vendors, and fund stakeholders to ensure the efficient administration of complex, multi-entity benefit programs while delivering a high level of service and operational excellence. Known for her collaborative leadership style and operational expertise, Lenka is committed to driving continuous process improvement and developing effective solutions that enhance performance and member experience.
Lenka brings more than two decades of experience in health plan operations and member services. She began her career at UNITE HERE HEALTH in 2004, where she served in a variety of operational roles and played an integral part in developing processes and organizational structure as the fund’s enrollment grew. Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Lenka led a team of Member Service Representatives at UNITE HERE HEALTH, overseeing member service operations and supporting the administration of a large Taft-Hartley health fund in Atlantic City.
