Responsibilities
Cate Kiernan serves as Executive Director of four joint insurance funds administered by PERMA. She also serves as the Fund Administrator for the large Municipal Excess Liability JIF (MEL).
Kiernan was the Insurance Manager for the United Methodist Church before joining PERMA Risk Management Services in 1989.
