Bradford Stokes serves as the Executive Director of two joint insurance funds administered by PERMA. He also serves as Executive Director of several County Insurance Commissions that are members of the County Excess Liability JIF (CEL).
Stokes has more than 32 years of governmental experience, having served the Borough of Collingswood, New Jersey as Business Administrator for 11 years and the Public Works Superintendent for 10 years. He also chaired the Camden County Municipal JIF’s Safety Committee. He joined PERMA in 2011.
