Brandon Lodics is a Partner and Executive Director for 4 regional Health Insurance Funds and 1 County Commission. He acts as the primary Benefits Consultant to each of these entities and a liaison between insurance carriers and the clients to resolve issues, negotiate contracts, and recommended plan design changes. Lodics also assists individual entities with collective bargaining agreements, state and federal legislative compliance, and employee communications.
Lodics began his insurance career at Conner Strong & Buckelew, after graduating from Temple University’s Risk Management & Insurance program, which is ranked #1 in the U.S. by Business Insurance. This top-rated program offers students a variety of both property & casualty and employee benefits courses to create the most well-rounded students. The program culminates with a hands-on employee benefits case study where students work alongside seasoned benefits professionals to solve real issues and provide valuable results. As an active member of Temple’s academic fraternity, Gamma Iota Sigma, Lodics further enhanced his knowledge of insurance and better prepared himself for a career in the industry. Lodics has worked on New Jersey Public Sector employee benefits consulting since 2010 and has had many various positions inside and outside the Health Insurance Funds.
